SANITATION & CLEANLINESS:  Safety and health of our guests and staff is top priority!  Our thorough cleaning protocols either meet or exceed recommendations from the CDC and WHO; including, but not limited to disinfecting all hard surfaces with bleach between stays, approved by the CDC to kill viruses. This cozy unit is not only close to both Old Town Scottsdale and North Scottsdale, but you can also see the Greenbelt Pathway from the unit itself! This beautiful unit is right across the street from a huge park for the family to enjoy! Be sure to ask our host about extra services offered when renting this gorgeous unit for your getaway!

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, our team of concierge can help make arrangements for an evening on the town!
Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyft for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!

All our properties offer a variety of amenities to complete your stay, for which this home offers the following:
